These are binding as soon as the reservation agreement is signed (digitally).
At 9 am will our set-up team be present and make the venue ready for the event. Your technical support will be present at least one hour before start to make sure the technique is properly installed and fire safe. The event manager will be present at least 1,5 hour before start of the event. This of course depends on the size of the event including decoration etc.
The event manager will make sure that the event goes as planned and directs the staff. He or she is the person to solve possible problems, knows what to do in case of emergency and is the contact person for the masters of ceremony.
Besides WesterLiefde, WesterUnie and WestergasTerras belong to our locations. Only the arranged venue is exclusively booked for you. De WesterLiefde has its private entrance, cloakroom and lavatory’s.
No, unfortunately there is none, but we can always discuss the possibilties during one your meetings. For example, you can use the disabled toilet or we can create a space in our restaurant for you.
We will send you the confirmation letter and first invoice. If you agree with the quote, we will draw up the confirmation letter. Once we have received it signed in return, we will send you the first invoice.
Business/banqueting
For the business events we will send one invoice which is 75% of the total quotation (excl. VAT). The venue and date are confirmed once the first invoice has been paid. Within two weeks after the event we will send the final invoice (incl. VAT).
Weddings
For Weddings the first invoice will be 25% of the quotation (excl. VAT). The venue and date are confirmed once the first invoice has been paid.
Two months before the big day we will send another invoice of 50% and after the wedding we will send the last invoice (incl. VAT).

In the meantime, we can of course still make changes to the quotation, such as the culinary interpretation, small changes in the amount of guests, etc. The reservation conditions can be found on the last page of the quotation proposal.
An option lasts for 14 days, but exceptions can be made. We will get in touch with your to expand your option. If we do not receive any respons to our emails or phonecalls, the option will be removed from our system.
From 09.00 am you can go to the Westerliefde and start decorating, we ask you to take into account the set up activities of our staff. Keep in mind that the decoration must be removed directly after the event.
Due to our planning and other events this is not possible. However, it is possible to coordinate with our event manager to drop off some things a day in advance.
If there is space and time in our planning, we can always assist.
There is some do’s and dont’s, but with respect to our venue, environment and staff almost anything is possible. Please be aware of the painting when using tape. Discuss your wishes with the event manager.
There is public WiFi which can be used. If you request to have a live connection, we can arrange this for you for extra charge.
Best is to bring your own laptop, iPad or phone on which we can find different (spotify) plalists. We recommend to download the particular playlists in advance. Once you don’t have any device, we wish to receive the particular music or playlists a week in advance.
This is mandatory because we want to make sure our technique is in good hands. Our technical support knows the venue and will make sure everything will run smooth when it comes to lighting and sound. The technical support will arrive one to one hour and a half before start of the event to prepare.

Yes, this is possible. Please deliver your Spotify playlist, a laptop or usb stick.
When using the beamer, you must bring your own laptop. In case of a Macbook, please mind to bring a HMDI cable.

Yes, there is a mic included in our basic technique package, but it cannot be used to sing.
Wij beschikken over een fantastische keukenbrigade die met liefde voor jullie koken. Heel af en toe maken wij een uitzondering. Er wordt dan een afdracht per persoon voor gerekend. Voor eigen meegenomen wijnen, bieren en bubbels rekenen wij kurkengeld.
Wij verzorgen indien gewenst een crewmaaltijd à € 14,- (incl. btw) per persoon.
Dit kan zeker. Graag wel op voorhand doorgeven en om hoeveel en welke personen dit gaat.
Het Westerpark is sinds 2020 geheel autovrij, dat wil zeggen dat er enkel bestemmingsverkeer mag plaatsvinden. Parkeren is daarom enkel mogelijk op straat (van Hallstraat & Haarlemmerweg) of in de Qpark garage Westerpark, op vijf minuten loopafstand van de WesterLiefde.
Leveranciers mogen te allen tijde laden/lossen bij onze locaties wanneer ze binnen 20 minuten weer van het terrein zijn. Onze eventmanager moet dit op voorhand aangeven bij parkbeheer welke leveranciers we verwachten en rond welk moment.

Vanaf Schiphol Airport/Amsterdam Centraal
Reis met de trein naar Amsterdam Centraal. Pak vanaf daar bus 21 en stap uit bij bushalte Van Hallstraat.
Ook kun je lopend vanaf Amsterdam Centraal. Vanaf Prins Hendrikkade in westelijke richting lopen. Loop door Haarlemmerstraat en Haarlemmerdijk. Het Haarlemmerplein oversteken, voorbij de Haarlemmerpoort lopen en bij Nassauplein rechtsaf slaan en linksaf het oude Westerpark inlopen tot voorbij het Stadsdeelkantoor. Duur: 25 minuten.
Vanaf Centrum
Tramlijn 10, halte Van Limburgstirumplein. Cultuurpark Westergasfabriek bevindt zich aan de overkant van de Haarlemmertrekvaart.
Voor het laden en lossen van goederen moeten wij ontheffing aanvragen bij parkbeheer. Hiervoor hebben wij het kenteken nodig van de betreffende auto. De auto’s mogen niet langer dan een half uur op het terrein blijven en moet buiten het Westerpark worden geparkeerd.
Als dit op voorhand wordt aangegeven is dit mogelijk onder de mom van ‘laden en lossen’. De dichtstbijzijnde invalideparkeerplaats is in de Van Hallstraat, op 5 minuten lopen afstand van onze locaties.
In overleg kunnen er spullen maximaal een dag van tevoren worden gebracht.
Nee, dit is in heel het Westerpark niet toegestaan.
Tot ongeveer een of twee weken van tevoren zal het event bij de acccountmanager blijven. Daarna wordt het event overgedragen aan de eventmananger. Hij/zij zal contact met jullie opnemen om de laatste details te bespreken en praktische zaken af te stemmen.
Dit is toegestaan, maar je kunt het uiterlijk 1 dag ervoor afleveren en 1 dag erna ophalen. Wij ontvangen graag de gegevens van het bedrijf en geschatte tijden. Graag dit tijdens kantoortijden in plannen zodat er zeker iemand aanwezig is.
Dit kan in overleg met de eventmanager maximaal één dag van tevoren.
